]I now that some girls who are planning to have a baby start to "clean" themselves half a year before: they don't drink alcohol, they eat healthy food, they go to the gym, take some vitamines (and do complete health check), everyday go sleep at 22h and get up at 8h. I just can't imagine doing that.
Of course, I miss sport ("trenazieri"), the 2 weeks of sitting home with my bronchitis have brought every gramm back to my body (and more!
), but not such mode of life.It's good that your bf would look after the baby, but you'll have to wait almost 2 years before the kid starts walking and 2 or 3 more before he/she gets in active sport-king playing... I'll be old by that time..
