RUSSIAN!! 
I think it's Norwegian. It's easier for me to read than Swedish so that is why I guess on Norwegian, but I guess Norway is kind of close to Russia

Norwegian is not close to Russian I think Norwegian even have different letters than Russian. And it's not Russian in the pic, this is not Cyrillic I would say something from Scandinavia. That's why Nik was able to translate it
