I think I became suspicious when I noticed that Santa called on the door in times when my dad disappeared in corridor lol He always called on the door and then said that Santa left a bad with gifts inside. I think once I caught him to do that and I was like "ahaaaa, got ya!" I wasn't sad about it cause gifts were gifts not matter if from Santa or from parents, I love them all

Santa Claus in not real?
every year on Xmas morning I used to find presents under my bed, and my parents were telling me it's from Santa Claus
but one year I was determined to see Santa Claus putting them under my bed
so on that year I woke up early on Xmas morning, and I stayed in bed, pretending I'm sleeping
soon later I saw my mum sneaking inside my bedroom, holding presents, and putting them under my bed
and at that moment, I turned on the light "good morning, Santa Claus"

So you weren't disapointed?
And why under the bed? wasn't it supposed to me under the tree?

my mum never puts the gifts under the tree
maybe it's because we've usually had small plastic Xmas trees
when we were kids, she used to put them in closets
and on Xmas day we used to find ours under our beds
nowadays she usually puts all the presents on a small sofa that we have near the entrance of the appartment

I found out when I was about 12 or so. My mum told me although I heard kids at school saying Santa wasn't real. But when I found out I though wow my parents did all that for me and I thought it was amazing.

I have an anecdote about this theme.
My parents told me they can't believe I can come up with such lies. I looked at them angrily and told them through my teeth "Santa Claus, Tooth Fairy, Easter Bunny..." and walked away.

I was about 7 or 8 and I realised Santa wasn't real when I recognised my mum's writing on a present from Santa.
