on New Year's I want to cook turkey

I have never cooked turkey before

could you advise me how to cook it?

so that it would become tasty, and it wouldn't be too hard to cook :)

I have never cooked not only turkey but also any kind of meat so I can just say Good luck ;)

Turkey is a big country. You shouldn't try to cook it :)

Are you sure?

I know Greece and Turkey are not the best friends.

But Turkey is really hard to cook. It usually gets so dry, that you don't want to eat it. So I don't want to give any advices :)
