If yes, then how do you celebrate it and what does it mean for you?

Oh yes I put some decorations around the house. I also thought it was great going into the shops and the assistants were all dressed up. I seen one was like the joker in batman, a police woman, Freddie Kruger, Wheres Wally and I also seen 2 little girls dressed up as witches walking around the shops today so cute. Theres also some events on. There was a torch procession to where Halloween first began. Yes the celebrations began in Ireland where the people would honour those who died.
BTW its a national holiday here meaning that everyone is off work.

we don't celebrate Halloween
at least not in this time of the year
we have some similar celebration in February, which is a little different though...
