My friend told me about this site today. After you register there you can get one random address where to send a postcard (not a card but postcard where you write address on the other side). Some ppl have requests about what kind of cards they like to rreceive. Than more you send, than more cards you get yourself. My friend have sent 17 cards and got back the same amount of the cards.

I think it's a nice idea cause of the joy when somebody has spent some time to send you something and to receive it in your mail box. It's so much nicer than ecards.

I requested to Michael's postcards, postcards with animals, landscapes especially with water, views from their city or country or some funny cards. I also asked them to translate "I love you" in their own language on the back of their card. Some other ppl request also to tell about their day or what song they suggest to listen, movie to watch or book to read, or what they like about their city.

And no one really expect you to reply.

I just think it is a nice thing to do. Maybe this will be the beginning of me starting to collect different postcards Tomorrow I am going to send to 3 different addresses - to Finland, Russia and Germany.

Do you collect postcards? I have some with quotes from the Forrest Gump Movie and others from ET. I got them on holiday in America. Looking forward hearing about what you get back.

I am not collecting. But I may start with this site It's different if somebody send you postcard rather than when you buy them in store on your own.

I am keeping all the cards ppl send me over years You can say I am collecting received postcard and cards

I always keep cards that friends have sent me. If I like the pic on a postcard or the writing I will buy it. Like the ones I have for Forrest Gump they have nice quotes on them from the movie
