The question is if you buy/ wear something made from animal's real skin? Or you try to buy something made from fake skin rather than real skin?

I do buy leather goods but I dont buy fur. My mum had a fake fur coat once and I see some in the shops now. But I can't understand why women wear it. In Dublin there is 1 shop that sells real fur coats its been open many many years. I have never been in it though.

I don't have fur goods and I think I won't buy those. I loathe thinking animals are being killed to finish their life in a fur jacket...
However, I like leather clothes and shoes (but I don't have many leather things... I'm not rich enough to buy those kind of stuffs anyway.)
Wearing leather disturbs me less, because I don't think the animals are killed for it, but are eaten, so it's not so unhelpful.

I think it's very different to own common leather and fur items, which are made by sheep or cows, which are anyway killed in order to eat them, than to own leather and fur items, which are made by foxes, squirrels, or crocodiles, which are killed just in order to make coats and bags
I certainly don't own anything of the second kind

My grandparents used to have a kangaroo skin on there sitting room wall my uncle who lives in Australia gave it to her as a present. I used to think it was weird thing to have on a wall
. Also my aunt had a purse made out of kangaroo fur I thought that was nice but it looked strange lol.

That was about 20 years ago and I think Kangaroos are an endangered species now. I would say some years back it was ok to have skins at home. Of course times have changed and I am glad they have.

law in austrlia is kind of like this?
if someone chatches you trying to kill one in the wild you get fined sometime the animal recale person will make take it home and eat or punished by police
some are bread for meet/fur on
some you find in zoos kept as pets
but noone is aloud to keep one at home as a pet
laws are different in each country about animal crulty
i do have leather shoes/cloths whitch made from pig most person in australia buy fake leather
real anmial leather cost too much to buy
