The day started 12.00pm when ppl gathered in cinema to watch This Is It
Me arriving to cinema with all the party stuffs.
When movie finished me with wet eyes had to run to store to buy some more thing for party then back home and then to the club where we had the second part of our birthday event. The rest of fans went through the old city to the club
As it was raining fans arrived in the club earlier than I though.
Our cool barman, the guy owning the club who's also a big Michael's fan. He became a fan around the same period when I did. Funny but I met him only 2-3 weeks before the party when he came into my group and offered his club for the party
So while I started to prepare the club and prizes we turned on Micheal's videos we had to keep fans busy

And here's the posters already there. The white paper included Michael's quotes he said about his fans with translation to Latvian. You know how he loved his fans so I hope I reminded that to fans and with that trying to gather atmosphere like he is there with us.

The other girl with who I made the second part of the event is preparing diplomas
There were peom contest and drawing contest where fans had to send in their works 2 days before the event. The winners got the diplomas and few other things.
Me and Vita is hosting the party. I have no idea what I am doing in the pic actually haha I am probably telling the program of the evening.

Now we are ready to announce the first winners.
The first winner of drawing/ peom contest has been announced
Vita with one more gift Michael's pillow. It was the contest where fans had to reply to about 30-40 questions about Michael's music and life in general. The one who gets more correct answers is the winner. One fan was competing with barman, they both had the same point count. The question that decided the winner between them two was what's the Michael's shoe size (only freak could know that lol)
The second contest was Sharades where ppl had to show without sounds the name of particular Michael's song. They were split into two teams - Bubbles and Criminals lol that was fun lol
After all activities we asked fans to gather for the birthday cake. The flower was supposed to be the sunflower hehe

And when the cake was almost finished we could just start to chit chat around. Btw, REALLY tasty cake

In general it was one of the best Michael's parties I ever made even with all the technical problems we had. The fans were great, active, the cake was so good, the ppl were funny, and the most important - they came to spend the day with us ♥
