Ok, I'm not a 100% sure if this is his voice or if someone made it sound deeper, but I'd like you to listen and tell me what you think. I believe it is him, and I love the deep voice, but I would like to know if anyone is like me and thinks it's him and likes it.

I think it's him, but it's not his own natural voice; I mean, it's his own voice, the song is the Black Or White we do know, but the change consists in lowering the octave of MJ Voice.
This song is MJ's, but he surely couldn't sing that way. It's an octave lowering.
So, my opinion about this is that someone made his voice sound deeper.
But, the change affects the music and the voice.. whereas if it was MJ's natural voice there would have been only one change: the voice.
And just listen to the rap, it's deeper too. ^^

it's Michael but the voice is changed to sound deeper as Smooth_Criminal mentioned. If you watch the very beginning of the video it's written his voice has been edited with Audiocity program lol so it's definitely changed
