Some popular magazine „The Economist” came up with strange idea about how Europe should look like so all neighbor countries would be happy and wouldn't be scared of each other.



Some countries were exchanged places. The magazine says arranges like that would make life easier and more logic.

In „The Economist” opinions Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia should be near UK. The main aim is - further as possible from Russia and closer to USA.

But UK should be places in south - behind Spain and Portugal. This combination would help countries' economy situation.

It's enough for Poland to be between two historical "enemies" - Russian and Germany so it's been moved in the place of UK.

Belarus is moved in the place of Baltic States hoping only Scandinavia would call Belarus to some sense.

Check Republic suddenly got sea ways and should start thinking about creating their own fleet. Switzerland is located near Scandinavia - closer to Sweden so not so smart ppl wouldn't mix up these countries... again. Norway would be happy about that cause they would have another country near that is not in EU.

When I saw Baltic States in the other side of Europe I knew the reason would be further from Russia Although I don't like us surrounded by water and especially ocean. Ocean is beautiful but can be dangerous

Part of Ireland is stuck in Latvia lol and the other part is near Scotland LOL. Probably because that part is owned by England.

well making from Russia monster is not funny at all-it only means that cold war is not over since 50's of xx century-talk about cyvilization,demorcacy, progress lol-nothing changed, only if before soviet union was antoganist of USA-now we have full domination of this real monster-empire
or maybe it Russia who placing PRO system around the world,military bases,and having eternal wars at Iraq,Afganistan etc
actually i am happy that my coutry is indeed far away from USA and that we dont have oil -no interest for them to establish"democracy" here
