
Some countries were exchanged places. The magazine says arranges like that would make life easier and more logic.
In „The Economist” opinions Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia should be near UK. The main aim is - further as possible from Russia and closer to USA.
But UK should be places in south - behind Spain and Portugal. This combination would help countries' economy situation.
It's enough for Poland to be between two historical "enemies" - Russian and Germany so it's been moved in the place of UK.
Belarus is moved in the place of Baltic States hoping only Scandinavia would call Belarus to some sense.
Check Republic suddenly got sea ways and should start thinking about creating their own fleet. Switzerland is located near Scandinavia - closer to Sweden so not so smart ppl wouldn't mix up these countries... again. Norway would be happy about that cause they would have another country near that is not in EU.
