The HIStory Tour DVD That Almost Was!!
Fans who experienced the HIStory Tour (1996/1997) and got to see what would be the concert tour of Michael Jackson, will never forget that moment. Those fans who were not as fortunate have only been able to see clips from these shows which broadcasted on television in some countries.
For many years, fans have been asking for the publication of an Official DVD with quality that would replace the current products on the market, especially since they are all not officially licensed.
In the mid-1990s, there were actually plans for the publication of an official VHS / DVD of the concerts of the HIStory tour!
Graphic artist Christophe Boulmer, who had also worked on other projects for the King of Pop was commissioned to design the artwork.
Christopher was kind enough to provide MJFC-Jam with the artwork for which unfortunately was never used for any videos or DVDs. Instead, Christopher had been appointed to handle the graphics for "Ghosts".
UPDATE: There is an online petition to request the publication of an official History Tour DVD!

It doesn't seem this petition is active. The petition was started a year before Michael's passing and it nearly passed 1000 signatures. And there have been only 21 signatures in this year. This petition definitely is not working.
