Here's the rules:

Somebody post a screenshot from any Michael's video and to make it to be not so easy you j edits it in Paint, Photoshop or any other pic editing program in your comp or online. The one who guessed correct is posting another capture.

You can browse Google to find captures from particular video.

Example:

Paint. Go to Imagine - Inert Colors

Photoshop. Filter - Pixelate (Mosaic) or Blur. There you are able to set how much you want to pixelate or blure.

http://www.photobucket.com (for registered users)
http://www.imageshack.us/ (registering not needed)

Don't forget to delete video's name from pic's title :P
