VICTORY - The Jacksons LP (pigeon edition) 1984



I do not know if I'm correct that area.
I need more information about the record The Jacksons VICTORY with the dove on Randy shoulder of 1984. I already know of the prehistory, and now I would like to know:

How many copies are circulating around.
What is worth this record has

in another board i have read the worth is 3000$ Dollar ?

I am not sure but I've heard something about it, I just don't know where and what. I think that was in one of Black &White magazines in French. My friend may translate it for me back then.

the history or prehistory to the emergence of Victory Cover, stands in the German Black & White Issue No. 5, but unfortunately not the value or the number of plates which are in circulation worldwide.

I heard of this record several times I remember a friend of mine was telling me how rare it is.

I think Picture LP means its a record with a picture of the cover on it rather then just being black and those ones would be very rare.

The price for it on Michael Jackson Trader seems to be ok not too expensive I thought it would be worth more then that.

Yes, that's the PICTURE LP of Victory were also copies of some 20,000 manufactured. However, I am looking for information about the album (the second pressure but was later reinstated) Victory with the dove.

History!

First, CBS has the normal cover reprinted and album production ran - Jackson later had a great idea with the deaf on Randy's shoulder - CBS stopped production and was on the cover of the painter Michael Whelan a dove on the cover draw. The Jacksons wanted to be in any city in the beginning of the tour pigeons can fly for the fans. That proved to be difficult and thus the dove had nothing more to Randy's shoulder to look for - CBS, the production again and created the first cover again new.

Thus, there is a small but valuable edition of this album.

In the post I posted is dove on Randy's shoulder. It also says it's with the dove. The only thing I don't know is if the ppl who sell it trustable.

Or do you just need how many copies were released?

yes, how many copies from this version with Dove and the worth of the Album.
this is a very rare record? in another board a user have sold the record for 2000 euro

I can not believe it but somehow the pigeons version should be so popular. I would not want to sell.
I think I will look at SONY Music Call (CBS/Epic?)

All rare things are popular. but actually ppl are buying dove as everything else is just the same. And for such crazy price! Some ppl is not affected by economy crisis I guess
