Akon Talks About "Hold My Hand"

In this recent interview Akon shares why Hold My Hand wasn't released, how it was going to be Mikes first single and how Mike had a huge Marketing campaign ready for it.

Akon discusses the mishap during the release of his collaboration with Michael Jackson. Show will air on Jan. 22.

I though it would be in Akon's album. Bow Akon says it was from Michael's album.

I guess it just wasn't meant to be. I believe something else will work better in future then

I really liked Akon's version of 'Wanna Be Starting Something' but I've never heard the leaked song 'Hold My Hand'. Is the full version up on YouTube?

I think they pulled the song right after it leaked. It was good but medocre. Thank you Dimitris for the link.

I like the song just a pity it was pulled it would have done well for both artists

so, 'hold my hand' was for michael's album? i thought it was for akon's one.. he says that first it was for michael and then it would have appeard on his.. do we know when akon's album will be released?
